Before booking a hair appointment as a new client, you will undergo a consultation.
This process helps us gather important information to prepare effectively for your service day and understand your specific needs and goals. This ensures that we can provide the best service experience possible. The consultation also allows us to address any concerns or questions you may have, ensuring that our procedures meet and exceed your expectations.

To enhance the efficiency of our booking process, we kindly request that all reservations be made exclusively through the service tab on our platform. When booking services, please select the appropriate service type and include any necessary add-ons to ensure adequate time allocation.
Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required for booking appointments. We strictly adhere to this policy and cannot accept personal photos or inspiration pictures as a form of identification. A government-issued ID must be uploaded during the booking process.
Failure to provide a valid ID will unfortunately lead to the cancellation of your reservation. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and secure booking procedure.
While we aim to commence services at the scheduled time, please be aware that the duration of services may vary. The estimated service time is based on the average hair density and length of an ideal client, but actual times may differ based on individual needs and hair volume.

MODIFICATIONS
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, please be aware that cancelling your reservation on the same day or failing to show up without prior notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total service fee.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation will also be subject to a 50% fee of the service cost.
If you need to reschedule your reservation, please refer to the confirmation email sent after your initial booking. Note that rescheduling is permitted once and must be done no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled service.
LATE ARRIVALS
At Hairmuse, we provide a five-minute grace period for late arrivals. Beyond this period, a late fee of $25 will be added to your service cost. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICY
The privacy and security of our clients are paramount. In our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment, we require all clients to upload a valid, current identification document for appointment reservations. Only authorized personnel have access to these documents. We reserve the right to decline service to individuals who do not comply with our identification policy. Please be assured that all information collected during the identification process is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Our full range of services includes both shampooing and blow drying. It is crucial that your hair is fully detangled and free of mats before your appointment. For a hassle-free experience, you may opt to add a "Detangle Fee" when booking your services.

We prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our clients, which is why we meticulously sanitize our studio after each visit to ensure both comfort and safety.
To provide the highest quality of service, we recommend scheduling appointments for extensive treatments on days separate from any significant events, such as photoshoots. For optimal preparation and attention to detail, please book your service(s) at least 24 hours in advance.
Additionally, we ask that you attend your appointment alone. To preserve a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, we do not permit children or additional guests. This policy is designed to create a relaxing environment, allowing you to fully enjoy your experience.

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be deducted from your total service fee. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. If your balance after the deposit exceeds $150, the remaining amount must be paid in cash.
At Hairmuse™ Studio we accept debit cards, Zelle, and cash as payment methods. For any purchases related to extensions, payment must be made in cash. Please note that all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
